We are a solo practitioner firm in the Greater Houston area. Although we accept clients statewide, we primarily serve clients in the surrounding counties of the Houston areas, including Montgomery county, Harris County, Fort Bend county, Chambers County, Liberty County, and Jefferson county.

We strive for rendering quality legal services while maintaining reasonable costs. We also provide add-on services for clients such as foregin language translation and interpretation in Mandarin. We are both your advocate and your counselor. You can rest assured that we will devote our attention and focus on your legal needs. The Firm has its principal office in Spring, Texas.

Over the years, we help our clients in business disputes, commercial disputes, civil appeals, immigration and deportation defense, personal injury, employment disputes, and more.

We accept the following payment methods: personal checks, wire transfers, money orders, cashier's checks, credit card payments and payment arrangements on a case-by-case basis.

Lingling E. Dai Attorney & Mediator

Ling received her Juris Doctor degree from South Texas College of Law of Houston in May 2010. She passed the Texas Bar Exam and was admitted to practice of law in the State of Texas in 2010. While in law school, Ling clerked with a full service business law firm. Ling also clerked with both a state appellate justice and trial court judges during law school and pre-licensure. During her clerkship with the judiciary, Ling gained extensive experience in both trial and appellate advocacy. Ling was the recipient of an award for her appellate brief from South Texas College of Law in the Moot Court Competition tryout in 2008, and she was also on the dean's honor list.
